Nestled in the heart of North Conway, New Hampshire, Zeb’s General Store is your go-to for homemade New England gifts. Named after schooner captain Zebulon Northrop Tilton, our shop brings the charm of yesteryear to life, offering over 5,000 products that evoke sweet memories and celebrate the best of New England. From our candy counter to homemade maple syrup, jams, jellies, and baking mixes, Zeb’s has something to delight everyone.
Problem: While the store embraces a vintage, rustic feel, its appeal has been largely limited to locals. The goal is to revamp the brand to attract Millennial and Gen Z visitors who want to share a slice of New England charm with their friends and family across the country.
Solution: By combining our signature yellow with the playful identity of “Zeb,” we keep the rustic vibe while making it fresh and exciting. Zeb’s iconic hat nods to our heritage, offering a brand that feels timeless yet modern—perfect for today's social-savvy generations.
